Eddie Quist has a gift he wants to share.

This is a prequel soundtrack to the 80s Werewolf horror movie The Howling. Following Eddie Quist and his transformation into Eddie the Mangler and terrorising the seedy parts of LA.

Karen White is a popular News Anchor with KDHB reporting on shocking serial murder in LA, where the attacker seems to leave the victims looking like they have been attacked by an animal.

Eddie spots Karen on the news reporting on his crimes, he becomes obsessed and wants to share his gift with her.

Letters begin to arrive into KDHB addressed to Karen. Pressured by an ambitious news team, Karen engages with Eddie and a meeting is set.

This album is inspired by Joe Dante's The Howling and the musical arrangements of Pino Donaggio as well as other artists I adore from that time such as Goblin, John Carpenter and Lalo Schifrin.

I don't know what it is, but in DWTD's discography this record really stands out to me. Picking a favourite track is difficult because all of the songs sound incredible to me, but POISON is probably the most fresh and energetic song in my opinion. zWarhead
